  • Health Insurance
    GHR offers a comprehensive health insurance package. Employees can choose a PPO plan through United Healthcare, which includes a dental and prescription plan. Employees that opt for the medical insurance are also eligible for the Health Spending Account (see below).

  • Health Savings Account (HSA)
    GHR offers a Health Savings Account (HSA) in conjunction with our high deductible group health plan. HSAs allow you to save money to pay for future medical expenses, on an income tax-free basis. Your HSA can be used toward deductibles, co-pays, and for medical costs that are not covered by your health insurance plan. Money put into the account can be used either during the year or accumulated in the account. Like an IRA, investment earnings accrue tax-free. GHR will pay for a portion of the employee’s medical deductible by funding their HSA on a weekly basis:
    • $625.00 for any employee that is enrolled in the Single Coverage/Employee Only health plan, and
    • $1250.00 for any employee that is enrolled in the Family Coverage/Employee & Dependent(s) health plan.

    GHR’s contribution funds will be divided by the amount of pays in the year and deposited directly into your HSA. The employee has the option of adding additional money to their HSA; you may add:
    • an additional $2,375.00 for single coverage per year, and
    • an additional $4,700.00 for family coverage per year
      Benefits of an HSA Plan
    • Control - You can use the HSA to pay for any qualified medical expense.
    • Savings and Investments – Unlike premiums, unused HSA dollars remain in the HSA until you use them later.
    • Flexibility – HSA dollars can pay for items identified by the health insurance plan, but also a much broader definition by the IRS which includes dental, vision, orthodontia, over the counter medicines and others.
    • Portability – If you leave GHR, you can take your HSA (the account) with you.
    • Tax Savings – Your contributions to the HSA are made with pre-tax dollars, so individuals will lower income taxes.
    • No Use-It-or-Lose-It – Balances roll from year to year.

  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
    The Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is a budgeting plan that allows full- and part-time employees to use pre-tax dollars, through salary reduction, to cover certain expenses not covered by insurance. This plan passes on cost savings to you by paying certain medical, dental, and dependent care expenses from pre-tax earnings, including deductibles, co-pays, prescription drugs, and day care or nursing care. Employees must be employed for six months before they are eligible for the plan. If you are already participating in the HSA portion of the health insurance you cannot elect the medical savings under the FSA, you may however, elect dependent care.
      Maximum contributions allowed each plan year are:
    • $2500 dollars each year for your Health Care FSA
    • $5,000 dollars each year for your Dependent Care FSA

  • 401 (K) Retirement Plan
    You may designate a percentage of your pay to be invested through pre-tax payroll deductions.
    • Eligible employees may choose to contribute up to 15% of their pay to the program.
    • GHR will match 25% of the first 6% the employee contributes to the plan.

    Eligibility Requirements: Employee must work 1,000 hours in a plan year (approximately 20 hours per week) in order to be eligible to participate. The Plan’s entry date is January 1 and July 1 of each year. View your 401(k) account information with John Hancock here (pin number required).

  • Referral Bonuses
    We offer Referral Bonuses to reward our dedicated employees that help with our growth and continued success.
    • You can earn a $100 bonus for each person you refer to us, after that person has completed 40 hours of billable work with us.
    • You can earn a longevity bonus of $200 for each person you have referred, after that person has completed 1,000 hours of billable work with us.

      Program Rules:

    Before starting an assignment with us, one of our knowledgeable Credentialing Specialists will help you with every aspect of your credentialing requirements. In addition, they'll call you when your credentials are coming up on expiration, so you'll have plenty of time to get them updated and stay compliant.

  • Weekly Pay and Direct Deposit
    GHR employees are paid every Friday, with a submittal of a completed timesheet. By enrolling for direct deposit, your pay arrives in a designated checking or savings account on the scheduled pay date and is immediately available for withdrawal; no longer are you relying on the postal service to deliver your pay, waiting for the bank to credit your check, or paying high fees to check cashing companies.
