John is Chief Executive Officer at General Healthcare Resources as well as GHR Healthcare, our parent company.  John started GHR in 1993. In his role, John is responsible for making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of the company, and acting as the main point of communication between the Board of Directors and the executive team. John brings more than 30 years of experience in sales, management, and healthcare staffing to the team.

Laura is the President and Chief Operating Officer at General Healthcare Resources as well as for GHR Healthcare, our parent company. In her role, Laura oversees the day-to-day operation of GHR and is responsible for setting the course of the company and ensuring we deliver on our commitment to help healthcare organizations, and healthcare providers, help others. Laura brings more than 20 years of sales, management and operations experience to the team.

Cheryl is President of GHR Travel Nursing as well as Chief Development Officer of GHR Healthcare, our parent company. In her role, Cheryl oversees the day-to-day operations of GHR Travel Nursing and provides a wealth of insight and an in-depth understanding of the healthcare market to the company’s development efforts. Cheryl brings more than 20 years of sales, management, and operations experience to the team.

Jeff Ctater_One.jpgJeff is the Chief Financial Officer for GHR, handling all financial and accounting responsibilities for the organization. With over 20 years of experience with the company, Jeff brings an in-depth understanding of the healthcare staffing industry and combines it with his organizational knowledge to provide strong financial, analytical and strategic leadership to the company.

Dunagan Headshot_2018.jpgMike is Chief Marketing Officer for GHR, responsible for IT, marketing, and advertising strategies, systems, and programs across all of our GHR family brands. With more than thirty-five years of overall marketing experience, including 25 years within commercial and healthcare staffing, Mike is an experienced pro who brings a unique combination of operational insight and in-depth knowledge to the organization.

Tania has been with General Healthcare Resources since 2001 and is currently Vice President (VP) of Nursing. As VP, she has the role of direct management of our per diem and contract services. Having been in the business for nearly 19 years, and earning an executive certificate in leadership from the University of Notre Dame, Tania also plays an integral role in team development and training.

A dedicated sales and client relations professional for over 17 years, Robert Bechtold is AVP of Sales for GHR. Rob’s primary role is to cultivate client relationships, increase business development, and generate market awareness for our firm. With over  28 years of experience in managing client expectations, Rob has a proven track record in supporting his clients while focusing on their unique individual and corporate-driven needs. Rob graduated from Philadelphia University in 2002, earning a B.S. degree in management and marketing.

As the AVP for GHR Human Services and GHR Education, Coley oversees the daily operations and ensures the business development of both business lines. As an expert in client development and engagement, Coley provides great knowledge to our staffing specialists to best serve all clients and candidates.

Jeff has been with GHR since 2001 and started the GHR Search division in 2002. Since then, he and his team have placed over 4,000 people and worked with more than 300 clients. Jeff oversees three managers, BD person, and several senior recruiters while guiding and directing the division’s growth. He and his team ensure that every candidate and client receives the best experience by focusing on communication, collaboration, and transparency.

After ten years in healthcare staffing, Tony transitioned into the Healthcare IT Staffing industry where he has spent the last six years. At GHR Technology, where Tony is the Vice President of IT Services, he is responsible for sourcing and building client business partnerships, as well as developing advanced recruitment practices to serve the healthcare industry. Tony is an active board member of the local Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS).

20 years of staffing experience with a focus on Health Information Management since 2004. Founder of the HCTec HIM Division, now GHR RevCycle Workforce. Our consultants provide Coding, Clinical Documentation Improvement, and Case Management results. Being able to offer these additional specialties compliments our commitment to delivering innovative healthcare workforce solutions. It is my desire to provide results that are affordable, effective, and reliable. It’s a small world in HIM, CDI & Case Management, and I’m proud to lead GHR RevCycle Workforce.

Matt has been in recruitment for 15 years. Since 2017, he has been leading Global MSP and RPO business lines in healthcare staffing. At GHR, Matt is the Vice President of Workforce Solutions; The MSP and RPO business lines are the most inclusive, all-encompassing partnership offerings with GHR’s premier client health systems. His team is responsible for developing and providing high-quality end-to-end talent solutions.  Through expert consultation to the high demand to their team’s client success stories, we see Matt’s division expanding and continuing to be a catalyst for GHR’s growth and success in the foreseeable future.

Liam is Managing Director of our Mid-Atlantic Region and has been with GHR since 2014. He oversees our sales, recruitment, and staffing efforts in nursing and allied health. He also manages the daily operations, new business development, employee development, and strategic planning for the division. Liam’s team supports an extensive network of clients from large acute care hospital systems to individual outpatient clinics and long-term care facilities.

Stan Moffatt is the Managing Director of our Texas Region. He brings several years of sales and operational leadership experience in the financial industry and has been working in the healthcare staffing industry over the last 15 years. Stan is very passionate about finding the right candidates to meet his clients’ needs. This is done by focusing on relationships and getting to know what the client and candidate want or need.

Having worked in healthcare staffing for 18 years, Tina has extensive experience with permanent and temporary staffing of nursing, therapy, physicians, and all behavioral health specialties. As the AVP of Allied Health and Pharmacy Services operations in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Region, she brings over 15 years of experience working within the Northeast Region market staffing hospitals, home health companies, outpatient centers, long-term care facilities, and all other medical settings.

John is our AVP for the GHR Acute Care Division. He oversees client relations, recruitment, and staffing operations for our hospital partners in PA and NJ. John has over 27 years of operations management, recruitment, sales, and staffing experience in the healthcare industry.

As the Director of Business Development, Joe focuses on developing relationships with new clients, and ensuring successful account management within existing customers for GHR’s nursing and allied health divisions. Working at GHR for over a decade, clients value his ability to understand their personnel needs and provide solutions to positively affect change.

As a dedicated employee for over 22 years, Denise Hogan is the Human Resources Director for GHR. Her role includes streamlining the recruitment and onboarding processes of new talent and the development and enrollment of employee benefits plans. She keeps up to date with ever-changing employment laws in order to ensure our policies and procedures are in compliance.

As the AVP of Finance, Jayne oversees most functions of the finance department, including payroll, billing, and accounting. She received a B.S. in mathematics and started her career with GHR while still in college.

As the VP of Clinical and Quality Outcomes with GHR, Peter’s role is to provide leadership on a clinical and professional level to all business lines and supervisory counsel to clinicians. Peter also aligns selected divisions with Joint Commission expectations to maintain accreditation. While recognizing trends and opportunities for quality improvement, he also helps to provide resources for educational opportunities to clinicians.

Mike Jones is the AVP of IT at GHR. His role is to oversee all the systems, software, and technology platforms used daily, ranging from workstations to the cloud services and security programs that keep our infrastructure and the company running. Mike has a BCS in networking and communications, as well as an MBA, and has served in the IT industry for over 10 years.

As the company’s collections director, Lisa brings over 19 years of experience in a business to business collections role. She manages a portfolio of 800-900 temporary and permanent staff accounts. She also obtained a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University.

Mike is the Managing Director of the New Jersey Allied Division and has been with GHR since 2017. He has been an instrumental part of growing our School Therapy business in Jersey. While overseeing client relations, recruitment, and staffing operations in New Jersey, he also manages the daily operations, new business development, employee development, and strategic planning for the division. Mike has over 10 years of experience with contract and permanent staffing.

With 21 years of diverse business experience, including starting a GHR office in Indianapolis, IN, before co-founding a successful trucking company in recent years, GHR is happy to welcome Alissa back as the Acute Care / NJ Division VP. In this position, she is responsible for employee development, client relations, and strategic planning, among other divisional operations.  Alissa has an MBA / HRM from Middlesex University in London, England, a BA from Bloomsburg University, and extensive experience recruiting Nurses for hospitals, LTC facilities, Schools, and Prisons.

Mary brings over 20 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and leadership to GHR. As the Director of Recruitment for GHR, Mary manages and oversees the onboarding, employee development, recruitment processes, client relations, strategic planning, and more across PA and MA teams, working out of GHR headquarters in Plymouth Meeting, PA. Mary is responsible for bringing top talent into GHR and helping them thrive with ongoing development and support working across all teams for their success.
