One of the nation’s largest, and widely recognized non-profit healthcare organizations, based out of Luzerne County, is seeking an Emergency Department Nurse Manager to join their team.
The Emergency Department is part of a Level II Trauma Center with both regional and national recognition for their trauma services, and various other specialties.
The Hospital itself is a state of the art facility with access to the latest technology and resources, offering plenty of room for future career growth and advancement.
They are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Nurse with a strong background in Trauma Services to join their Nurse Management team as a nursing leader in the Emergency Department for the Day Shift Schedule.
Schedule: Monday through Friday (Days) – May vary depending on department needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse who has a strong background working as a Clinical Coordinator in the Emergency Department, or has been acting in the role as an Assistant Nurse Manager within the Emergency Department.
Registered Nurses who feel they are qualified for this opportunity should fit the following:
Masters Degree in Nursing highly preferred, BSN is considered
Current State of PA Registered Nurse license
Professional Certification Recommended
Minimum 3 years Progressive Management / Supervisory experience in healthcare setting

Salary: $83,000 - $124,000
