How much will I earn working for GHR?
GHR strives to offer the most competitive pay rates for your profession. Your compensation depends on factors such as experience, specialty, location, shift, and flexibility, as well as the client. Your staffing specialist will work with you to negotiate the best pay rate, assignment and location for you.
As a job seeker, do I pay any kind of fee for your services?
Absolutely not! You’ll be connected with an expert recruiter for your field of work. This person, your staffing specialist, will provide market and salary insights and do their best to meet your top requirements in job matching for whatever your current season of life requires for your fulfilment and satisfaction.
What if I don’t have a current resume?
We will help you develop or update a resume free of charge as part of our professional services.
If I apply, will anyone contact my current employer?
No, we will not contact your current employer unless you give us permission prior to a reference check.

What types of facilities do you staff?
GHR offers its employees the opportunity for growth and diversification in a variety of settings including hospitals, long-term care facilities, acute care, subacute care, outpatient clinics, school districts, correctional facilities, psychiatric facilities, homecare, pharmacies, labs, and more.
What happens after I accept an assignment?
Your staffing specialist will contact you frequently to monitor the progress of your current assignment and to discuss potential new assignments. You can also contact us at any time to discuss concerns or questions.
When and how do I get paid?
GHR pays on a weekly basis. You may choose to receive your pay via direct deposit, pay card or standard mail. We strongly encourage you to use the direct deposit or the pay card option, as we do not have control over any potential delays that may arise using standard mail.
Do I have to work weekends or holidays?
No. However, in many cases, we offer pay differentials for both holidays and weekends.
